Payment and Despatch

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days, however please allow up to 28 days for delivery due to stock requirements and delays in postal systems beyond our control. We recommend that you order your party items in plenty of time for your party.

Orders will not be dispatched until full payment is received. The amount paid must match our advertised prices at the time of purchase, and not have been tampered with at the checkout.

We will cancel your order if payment is not received within 14 days.

Payment can be made online using most credit and debit cards by using our payment provider Google Checkout. Payments made online will appear on your bank statement as "Clown Around". You can also contact us to pay by cheque, or in cash at our shop in Colwyn Bay, where you can also collect your order.
